Fights sinus infection
These vitamins must be swallowed quickly due to their lack of coating, which causes them to dissolve upon contact with moisture. I take these alongside Quercetin to improve bioavailability. Since starting this combination months ago, I have only fallen ill once and managed to fend off a sinus infection that usually requires antibiotics, which was a significant advantage.
